Standard Shipping is defined as either U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail, UPS SmartPost or UPS ground depending on weight and package size to the United States including: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, PO Boxes and APO Orders unless otherwise specified.

Our primary provider of shipping service is USPS. Orders received after 2 PM Central Time may not be processed until the following day. Our shipping notification email will inform you of how your package was shipped.

In rare instances, there may be additional shipping charges for orders containing heavy merchandise that is very expensive to ship (i.e. gallon bottles of shampoo, etc.). Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Call: 877-263-9456 US Toll Free Line or the US Office Line (262) 889-8561  within 30 days of receipt to get an Authorization Number to return the product. We will refund the full purchase price of the product up to the MSRP, however, we cannot refund the cost of shipping it back to us.
